TBH I was about to screw everything in the interview but luckily, I put a kind request to Mr. Faisal to assist me with the visa interview. Although It was 12 am 28/11 and I was gonna appear in interview by 9 am but Faisal didn't hesitate to help me. I wasn't even aware about the SEVIS fees until I made an approach to the visa officer and he fortunately turned out to be affable person and asked me to go back and make it before 10:30 and report back asap. I did make it, situation seemed to be erratic but Faisal told me to remain calm and confident. I was the third last person in consulate, VO asked me to hand over I-20 and passport along with SEVIS fees receipt. Questions begin with;
Why you wanna go?
I answered: To pursue my bachelor's degree in Aviation Flight Science.
Why this University?
Because it offers a very comprehensive theoretical and research oriented aviation program.
She asked if I had any previous courses in this field.
I replied, yes and mentioned.
For how long? she asked.
I responded, 4 years.
Who's gonna support you?
What does he do for living?
Show me the bank statement please
I handed over mine and sponsor's as well.
She said, alright! Your visa is approved and I ended up getting yellow paper mentioned approval.
Well, last minute efforts can fructify. Thanks a million, mr. Faisal. :)
